What is Mental Prayer?

Ask for Help: If you’re not sure where to begin, ask God to guide you. Let Him know you want to spend time with Him and that you need His help to stay focused.
Reflect and Speak to God from the Heart: After a few moments of silence, talk to God in your mind. Thank Him for the blessings in your life, ask for His help with any struggles, or simply tell Him how much you love Him. Let this conversation flow naturally, like you’re speaking to a trusted friend.
